Tried to watch the highlights In full screen in Chrome on my MBP and it was black on the Lower half of the screen and only the lower half of the video at the top. Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

Yes, it is a bit misleading, but the "Onboard Cameras" icon gets displayed on any stream using the full "pro" media framework, which is capable of showing multiple video feeds - as selected from the right-hand margin when using desktop/browser. It's just that, in the case of pre-season testing, NumberOfAvailableFeeds=1.
F1 TV worked on Safari for months and then it didn't one day, but I couldn't figure out why. I discovered that I had turned off auto-play in settings at some point and changing it to "allow all auto-play" for f1tv.formula1.com resolved the playback issue. Hopefully this helps someone else who choose poorly as I did with that setting.
